Mechanical room with meters, equipment, and a maintenance work order

    Data Streaming

Turn your operating record into a second income line.

Frontier AI has read the internet. It has not seen how a real property runs. Your portfolio produces that record every day.

    Why your record is valuable

Real property operations, captured as they happen.

Every day your teams create a record of how equipment fails, how a call gets handled, and what a repair really costs. It trains your own AI first. Then, only if you want it to, it can run as a paid stream to a buyer you approve.

    Operating documentation

Invoices, work orders, inspections, equipment history, warranties, and vendor records. The paper trail of how a property is actually kept running.

    Decision patterns

How your team triages a call, approves a spend, schedules a repair, and prices a renewal. The judgment behind the paperwork, not just the outcome.

    The live layer

Building systems and HVAC telemetry, meters, energy and occupancy, approved access events. The pulse of the property as it runs.

    Privacy and control

Nothing moves until the boundaries are written down.

Property records carry sensitive information. Before anything is prepared, we define these together and put them in the agreement.

    Approved scope
We write down exactly which sources are in, which are out, and at what level of detail.
    Security standards
How the data is handled, where it sits, who can touch it, and what happens at the end of the term.
    Anonymization and redaction
Names, unit level identifiers, and anything sensitive are stripped before anything is prepared.
    Your approvals
Who on your side signs off, and what has to come back to you before a change takes effect.

    No raw resident data, ever.

    How it works

You are in charge the whole way.

    1. 01

      Get started

Enter a property and answer a few short questions about what you run and what is off limits.

    2. 02

      Review

We look at what exists, who controls each source, and whether there is a fit worth taking further.

    3. 03

      Discovery

If there is a fit, we ask for more detail and set a call to walk through your privacy requirements.

    4. 04

      Agreement

Named buyer, stated use, set term, written terms, your signature. Then the stream runs and payment recurs for as long as it runs.

    The terms

    The owner stays in control.

Price and term are named in writing after the review. We do not guess a number up front.

    Know your buyer
You see who they are and what they are allowed to do with the data before any data goes anywhere.
    Ongoing payment
An ongoing stream for a set term that you can stop. You keep the data and you keep using it.
    No cost to join
No fee to join, no charge for the prep work.
    Your data stays yours
The stream is bounded and anonymized. No raw resident data, ever.

Before your data leaves the property

Straight answers about ownership, cameras, privacy, buyers, recurring payment, and stopping a stream.

What does rights-cleared mean?It means the source, ownership, consent, allowed use, privacy treatment, and contract limits have been documented. It also means the proposed stream stays within those limits.
Who would receive a property data stream?A buyer could be building an operations model, equipment model, computer-vision system, robotics workflow, insurance tool, or property technology product. OwnerLM does not promise a buyer, and you always see who it is first.
How does an owner get paid?Payment recurs for as long as the stream runs. The amount depends on the records, the work required, how unique they are, the allowed uses, the term, and buyer demand. You see the economics before you approve anything.
Does a stream have to be exclusive? No. Exclusivity should be narrow, priced separately, and limited by records, use, customer, geography, and time. A broad exclusive arrangement can reduce future options.
Will personal data be included? The program is designed around operational data, not personal data. Resident, tenant, visitor, and employee information should be removed, aggregated, or excluded unless a specific lawful use and consent process has been approved.
What does OwnerLM need from us to start?Start with a portfolio summary and a list of likely sources such as invoices, work orders, inspections, meters, access systems, photos, and equipment records. Do not upload sensitive camera footage through the public form.
Who cleans and prepares the data?OwnerLM does, at no cost to the owner. We inventory the sources, remove or isolate sensitive material, resolve duplicates, label records, document provenance, and maintain the feed. The owner controls what stays private and what can leave the operation.

Start with what your portfolio already creates.

Enter a property, answer a few short questions, and we will come back on what can improve operations now, what could run as a data stream, and what should stay private.
