# OwnerLM for agents and developers

Bring your own AI. Connect the assistant you already use to an OwnerLM workspace,
pull that context into your other apps, and build new tools on top of it.

## Get a key

Sign in at https://ownerlm.com/auth, then open Settings, Developer, and generate a
key. It is shown once. The REST base address is issued with the key.

Cursor, opencode, and Zed use a small JSON config with the same URL and the

## Confirm the connection

Call the `whoami` tool. It returns the connected organization, user, and client.

## What the tools cover

Properties and portfolios, document search and retrieval, deals and contacts,
agent runs and reports, market context, and saved memories. Reads and writes use
the same permissions as the account behind the key, and every call is logged.

## REST API

Standard REST with JSON responses. Paths include `/portfolios`, `/buildings`,
`/buildings/:id`, `/buildings/:id/documents`, and `/documents/:id`. Use the base
address issued with your key.
